Title:
Secondary distribution of HIV self-tests by female sex workers: an innovative strategy for promoting male partner testing and reducing HIV risk.
Aim:
This was a randomized trial to assess whether provision of multiple HIV self-tests to female sex workers and women in the fishing communities in Kenya is effective in promoting greater awareness of HIV status in high risk, hard-to-reach populations and in facilitating safer sexual decision-making.
