Headquartered in Kisumu, IRDO is a leading Kenyan NGO operating across more than 25 counties with nine regional offices. We are dedicated to building healthier, empowered communities through evidence-driven research, innovation, and grassroots development.
From preventing HIV, TB, and malaria to advancing digital health, strengthening health systems, and tackling non-communicable diseases, we deploy a full spectrum of biomedical, behavioral, and structural solutions. Supported by premier partners like PEPFAR/CDC, USAID, NIH, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Merck & company inc, and the Global Fund, our 30+ research projects and 50+ publications reflect our unwavering commitment to translating research into life-changing action across Kenya.
