Dr. Juliana Akinyi Otieno
Dr. Juliana Akinyi Otieno is the Chief Administrator (CA) and pediatrician of JOOTRH (Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital. She trained at University of Nairobi for both undergraduate and post graduate studies. Some of her duties as a Chief Administrator include, Supervision of: Clinical services, Accounting officer, Planning and Budgeting, Security and Environment maintenance, Clinicians and Human Resources Manager.
Dr. Kawango Agot
Dr Kawango Agot, PhD, MPH, is the founder and CEO of Impact Research & Development Organization (IRDO). Although registered on January 23rd 2003, IRDO began operating in 1999 in her living room, with two studies: one towards her PhD in Medical Geography (Widow Inheritance and HIV) and another towards her MPH in Epidemiology (Male circumcision and HIV) obtained concurrently from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA.
Prof. Elizabeth A. Bukusi
Prof. Elizabeth A. Bukusi is a Chief Research Ofﬁcer and is the Deputy Director Research and Training at KEMRI and an Associate Research Professor at the University of Washington (Departments of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Global health), an honorary lecturer at Aga Khan University in Nairobi (Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology) and Volunteer Clinical faculty – Associate Professor at the University of California San Francisco (Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences). She is a member of the Kenya National AIDS Control Council HIV prevention Task force and has been appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Management of the Medical Research Council (South Africa).
Florence Riako Anam
Florence Riako Anam has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Maseno University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Community Health and Development from Great Lakes University (GLUK). She has more than 6 years’ experience actively working in HIV and AIDS programs in Kenya. She is a member of The International Community of Women Living with HIV (ICW) and currently the Senior Manager Advocacy and Communication at ICW global office based in Nairobi, Kenya.
Jacqueline Osiako Ingutiah, LLB
An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Jacqueline has over seven years legal practice experience. She is well versed in gender, human rights and women’s rights. She has for over ten years advocated for the rights of women and children in the society, having worked and offered pro bono services in different organizations and firms. She is widely trained in Right Based Approach and conversant with International and Regional legal frameworks relevant to the promotion and protection of human rights for women and the rights to remedies and reparations.
Dr. Mark Ayallo
Dr. Mark Ayallo is a medical doctor and a Public Health Expert. He currently serves as a Clinical Quality Assurance & Management Manager with Marie stopes Kenya, where he focuses on Clinical effectiveness of services (impact), client safety and client experience from all services provided, in addition to policy Advocacy. He is a member, chairs and patron of numerous health boards, school boards, church councils, water boards, NGOs boards.
